General Contract Overview

It is always the policy of IronMonk Solutions to develop and improve its services. The Company, therefore, reserves the right to make any changes and improvements to the packages and specifications of the services.

This Contract shall be governed by the Laws of Canada and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian Courts in relation to any dispute hereunder.

Liabilities

The Company warrants that the services will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by The Company, either verbally or by means agreements, invoices etc.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of the services.

Search Engine Optimization Terms

Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine algorithms and other competitive factors, IronMonk solutions does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase or search term.

Some search engines and directories may take as long as 2 to 4 months, and in some cases longer, after submission to list your site.

IronMonk Solutions is not responsible for changes made to the Website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s Web site.

Social Media Terms

Social Networks are very severe when it comes to abuse and over-use, therefore the Client is expected to avoid dealing with any 3rd party social media consultant/services while under service with IronMonk Solutions. IronMonk Solutions is not to be held responsible if any of the client's social media accounts gets suspended due to external factors such as client's misuse or client's use of 3d party service and/or Consultant. Shall any of the client's accounts be suspended while under service, IronMonk Solutions will file a re-inclusion request with the concerned social network's support team. It may take up to 7 days for the account to be re-instated.

Clients who sign up for our Social Media Marketing Packages, including the Bronze, Silver or Gold Packages, must agree to provide all the necessary & requested copyrighted content, including logos, texts and multimedia content. IronMonk Solutions is not to be held responsible for any delays deriving from the Client's failure to deliver the necessary material on time.

Clients who sign up for the pre-built social media packages, including the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages, agree to a minimum of 3 months commitment . The 1st month of each package is regarded as a "Setup Month" during which IronMonk Solutions will focus on building the client's networks and installing the blog software. PR submission and Social Bookmarking are therefore skipped during the setup month.
