Are you running the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of each plugin/theme you’re running? If not, your site is at risk! It is critical that you keep your WordPress site up to date to minimize your risks of being hacked. In fact, each new WordPress version comes with important security fixes that will make your site even more stable and secure.
Also, a newer version can sometimes bring new features and tools to your WordPress dashboard. Not updating your website means missing out on all the cool features. (For example, WordPress introduced a new Drag & Drop media upload feature in version 3.1. If you are running an older version, you are missing out on this feature that makes uploading images & videos so much faster!)
If you do not have the time or the expertise to keep your WordPress website/blog up to date, our WordPress Maintenance Services are designed for you. Starting at only $99 per month (for up to 10 unedited plugins), our maintenance packages are a great way to keep your site secure and up to date. Here is what comes in each of our packages:
Standard WordPress Maintenance Package
Monthly WP Core Engine Updates (if available)
We will update your core version of WordPress once a month, if a new version is available.
Weekly Plugin Updates* (if available)
We will update all your plugins once a week, if new versions are available. Note that this only includes plugins that haven’t been edited since updating a plugin would overwrite your changes.
Weekly Backups of Database + Files
We will backup your entire WordPress site once a week.
Troubleshooting with Hosting Company
Should there be any hacking issue, we will communicate directly with your hosting company to resolve it. (*1 hour per month)
Complimentary Backup Restore
If anything goes wrong, we can offer a complimentary backup restore (up to once per week).
Complimentary Real-Time Traffic Monitoring
you will get 24/7 Free Access to our real-time in-house monitoring software: IronStats (a $49/month value)
* Note that if you have edited the back-end (code) of any plugin, upgrading will cause the changes to be over-written. Contact us to discuss a custom package.
